ReplyTrack Launching September

Terms

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They are short because there is not much to agree to yet: there is no product to buy, no account to create, and no service running. When ReplyTrack launches, there will be proper terms of service, and you will have to accept those separately before using it.

What joining the waitlist means

It means we will email you when ReplyTrack opens. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a reservation, or a contract. No money changes hands, and you owe us nothing. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

What we are not promising

We intend to launch in September 2026. That date is a plan, not a commitment, and software plans slip. We may launch later, launch something different from what is described here, or decide not to launch at all.

The features shown on the home page describe what we are building. They are not a specification, and any of them may change or be dropped. The inbox shown on the home page is an illustration with made-up examples, not real data or a screenshot of a working product.

The prices listed are what we expect to charge. They are not locked in, and they may change before launch. Anything we offer to early waitlist members is an offer we make at the time, not a right you gain by signing up.

Using this site

You may read it, share it, and sign up. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it at volume, or submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist. Only add an address you personally control.

The ReplyTrack name, the writing, and the design on this site belong to us. The site is provided as it is, without warranties, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.

Liability

This is a free waitlist page for a product that does not exist yet, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the site, the waitlist, or a launch that is delayed or never happens. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

ReplyTrack is operated from the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Questions go to @replytrack on X. How we handle your email address is covered in the privacy policy.
