ReplyTrack is not open yet. Today this site does one thing: it takes your email address for a waitlist. This page describes that, and nothing more. When the product launches, this policy will be replaced with one covering the app itself, and anyone on the list will be told before that happens.

What we collect

Your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist form. That is the single piece of personal data this site asks for. We do not ask for your name, company, or anything else.

Anonymous page statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. We cannot identify you from it.

What we do not collect

• We do not set any cookies of our own on this site.
• We have no access to your Gmail account, your emails, or your contacts. The product described on the home page does not exist yet, and nothing here connects to your inbox.
• We do not buy, sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees your email

The waitlist is run by Buttondown, an email service based in the United States. When you submit the form, your address goes to them and is stored on their systems so we can email you at launch. They process it on our behalf and under their own privacy policy.

This site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Analytics is handled by Vercel, who also host the site.

What we use it for

To send you an email when ReplyTrack opens, plus the occasional short update before then if there is something genuinely worth saying. That is the entire purpose. We will not add you to an unrelated mailing list.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply and ask, or message us on X, and we will remove you.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we delete it. If ReplyTrack never launches, the list gets deleted and you will be told.

Your rights

ReplyTrack is operated from the United Kingdom, so UK GDPR applies. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to get a copy of it. Since the only thing we hold is your email address, all of those requests are quick. Ask via X.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the page.
